  • Wednesdays at 5pm : seniors taiji class.
  • Saturdays at 10 am: combative taiji

Yang Family boxing, most commonly referred to as Taiji Chuan or Tai-chi, is a study well known for the meditative and rehabilitative aspects of practice however, to assume taiji is “only good as old-person practice” would be a profound mistake.
