S. Mantis formulas

Studies include the original “old-guard”  formulas passed down by the Monk Saam Daat as well as military subsets deriving from beggars hand / gypsy and Village Gung fu.
Alongside the formulas listed below, we will  practice the classically associated drills & exercises (saan sau, da sau, ting sau, chy sau).
Additionally: South Mantis practice maintains Neigung & Heigung methods used for both martial and healing/meditational practices. You will find summary here
